  2. I didn't know that the breath can affect the heart, the brain, digestive, immune system, and also can influence asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and heart failure.

  5. well when ur nervous usually u can have one deep breath to relax. also, u can do something in order to make a diversion. such as shopping, eating, sleeping...

  6. First of all, I want to say thank you to my classmate. Thank you for spell the word which I don't know. So I can use dictionary. Usually it is hard to know the word which I don't know from listening. I learn some new words I don't know before from you, such as asthma digestive and so on.And by the way I don't like the song in the end.

  8. This is the first time I knew the breath can affect the immune system and genes. Also, It's helpful and important to know what the process of breathing does and how we can relieve our stress by breathing. Thanks Holly.
