  1. I have been research how to lose my wight for a long time
every research indicate that, whatever people how to lose their wight, they have to make sure they eat breakfast.and after night, maybe 8pm, they had better not to eat anything.
    so,why?

eat earlier is more improtant for healthy because when people wake up, the body have had a rest for whole night, and it needs energy.

on the other hand, if people eat dinner very late, like 9pm,10pm,and later. the body will not digest those food. i think the night is the time the body should have a rest.so the rest of food will accumlate in body. this is not only an unhealthy diet way,but also can harm our bady

  2. I do agree about the fact that our timing of meal(early) can predict our weight-loss effectiveness.I think that when we eat early, our body has enough time to digest the food therefore it can evacuate some of the calories contained in those aliments when we are active during the day. We should respect the timing of our meals meaning we should eat at the same time so that our body's clock should activate our process of metabolism currently.. Nevertheless , we should not neglect the amount of food(Calories) we swallow per day because i think that eating too much fat will not help us lose weight even though it is early. Also , we should have the habit to exercise our body in order to accelerate the process of burning fat and calories in our body and to be in good shape. I think that both sides of the issue "when we should eat and what we should eat " have to be considered by someone who wants to be thinner especially by obese people.

  3. i usually search on the internet or somewhere else how to lose weight and to be in shape. I share the point about Spanish study who says that people who eat the main meal before 3 pm lose significantly weight. however, we cannot put away the fact to practice some physical activity, because it is a good way and help us to keep in shape. This is how i see the problem

  4. Well, I do absolutely agree with what they said and that’s from personal experience. I tried few years to do diet, it’s not real diet but kind of food regulation, along with making our dinner earlier, and it had to be served at six o’clock at evening. One month later, my kids and I started to lose some wait at least two kilo at that time. Moreover, that you are giving your body time enough to digest the food that you have eaten before you go to bed. But we must also pay attention to the quantity too, that is an important element from the diet equation.

  5. I always eat late. I mean, the research showed that the people who'd eaten there main meal early before 3 P.M. lost just about five pounds more than those who ate late in the day! and her responded wasn't clear. But, the last studied I agree with the last part we need to eat fewer calories to avoid obesity.

  6. I agree with it.Like The butterfly effect, every a little bit can change the life. But on the other hand, I don't think it is a real big deal.It may have effect, but not stronger enough to change the obesity. I think the thing we should do is relax and try.You are who you are.

  7. In my opinion orgnizing time of eating play a role in our wight. However, this can not change our wight that much. It may works with people whoes their wight close to the normal wight not with poeple who are overwight our suffer obsity. Becuase those people who suffer obsity I believe that they eate littel than the normal people but eventhough they still overwight.

  8. Well, I totally agree about the fact that people who eat their main meal before 3 pm can lose more weight than people who eat later that's because people who eat early can burn enough calories per day and the people who eat late only can burn maybe half of it. When I was a dancer my nutricionist used to say "If you want to keep in shape, you can't eat at odd times", and I think that's true, but also, we don't have to ignore that we have to look for the correct amount of food that means the right amount of calories. Indeed, it's not only a matter of eating the main meal early, but also eating the right amount of calories.

  9. I totally agree with the comment it's best to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper - eat early. The findings of this study are also likely reflective of the speed at which participants eat. It has often been said that slow eaters are healthier than their faster counterparts. In my experience, regular breakfast eaters generally make more time for meals, no matter how busy their schedule, especially breakfast. This habit probably creates the conditions to more carefully plan/choose the content of meals.

  11. I completely agree that eating a little bit earlier is better than later in the day. If you have dinner after 9 pm, then go to bed, your body doesn't have enough time to burn the intake calories. This may be cause a lot of problems, especially the obesity. However, I still believe that what you eat and how you exercise are more important than the timing of meals in the progress of keeping your body shape.

  12. I have read some articles about eating. All of nutritionists advise that breakfast should be the main meal, not dinner. After a long sleep of 6-8 hours, our stomach will be empty so we have to eat breakfast as a main meal to be full of energy for a day of working or studying. It is a fact that if we have dinner too late, food can not be digested completely. More importantly, nutrients can not be transformed into energy for our body, therefore, they will remain in our body as fat. That's why we are likely to get obese. Besides, I think taking more exercises is also a good way to burn calories.
